Hizone for HostMilano 2021

The 42nd international exhibition dedicated to the world of catering and hospitality and to world of food will take place from the 22nd to the 26th of October: HostMilano and TuttoFood together in Fiera Milano for the 2021 edition.

ISA will take part to the biennial trade fair HostMilano with Pentagram and Hizone; these are both ambitious projects realized by the encounter between ISA’s experience and quality and the vision of the master of Italian design, Antonio Citterio.

Hizone – an innovative suite of refrigerated and non-refrigerated blast chillers, cabinets and counters dedicated to top-of-the-range projects for foodstore and professional kitchen in the gelato, pastry, restaurant and gastronomy services – will be perfectly integrated into ISA’s Pentagram shopfitting collection at the HostMilano stand.

During the exhibition ISA will be in partnership with other sector brands, especially technical sponsors. You will also find our products in the The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream Chocolate final organized by the FIPGC. During the final, the pastry chefs will use Hizone’s professional blast chillers and refrigerated cabinets.
