The internal space is characterized by a specific shape where are placed two LED bars offering perfect lighting of the refrigerated compartment without interrupting the operator's view when the door is opened.

Decompression valve for repeated door openings
Thank to the decompression valve it is possible to quickly balance the pressure of the refrigerated compartment.
Everything at your command
The 7“ touch displays in the blast chillers and the 5" displays in the holding cabinets have been designed to be intuitive and easy to use. The blast chiller electronics contain 60 pre-set programs in addition to those that can be created independently by the user.
